摘　　要：大学生职业发展与就业指导课程是高校毕业生就业工作的重要组成部分,但当前课程教学存在脱离社会实际、侧重于理论教学的现状。本文就此问题出发,以实践教学为着力点,嵌入RGSP教师角色定位重新构建课程教学模式,使课程教学更好地服务于高校毕业生就业指导工作。Students＇ career development and career guidance curriculum are important parts of employment of college graduates, but the current curriculum is separated from social reality and focuses on theory teaching. This article on this issue, and focus on practice teaching, embedded RGSP teachers＇ role in rebuilding teaching mode, make the course better serve the employment guidance for college graduates.
