摘 要:目的探讨对本科护理专业课程设置改革实践效果,探索培养具有多元化知识结构及完善人格结构护理人才的方法。方法选取2007级本科护生实施课程设置改革为实验组,2006级本科护生为对照组,并运用客观结构化临床考试及临床综合能力问卷评价教学效果。结果实验组护生客观结构化临床考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01);在带教教师、病区护士长、病人及护生自身对其临床综合能力评价方面,实验组护生得分均高于对照组护生(P<0.01)。结论改革后的护理本科课程设置能有效提高护生的临床综合能力,是培养具有多元化知识结构的优秀护理人才的有效途径。Objective To explore the effects of curriculum reform for nursing undergraduate students, to develop a method to cultivate the nursing students'diversified knowledge structure and perfect personality structure. Methods The nursing undergraduates in grade 2007 who received the curriculum reform were chosen as the experimental group, grade 2006 as the control group. The objective structured clinical examination and comprehensive clinical capabilities questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effects. Results The scores of objective structured clinical examination in the experimental group was signifi- cantly higher than the control group (P 〈 0.01 ), and the scores of comprehensive clinical capabilities evaluation from clinical teachers, head -nurses, patients and students themselves in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The refotaned undergraduate nursing curriculum can effectively improve the comprehensive clinical ability of nursing students, and it is an effective way to cultivate nursing talents with diversified knowledge structure.
