流加-连续培养的筒柱藻营养成分分析

摘　　要：对筒柱藻(Cylindrotheca fusiformis)的主要营养成分进行了分析,其中筒柱藻中含有的粗蛋白、粗灰分、粗脂肪和粗纤维含量分别占干重的31.96%、15.10%、12.25%和0.85%。结果表明:所测定的18种氨基酸总量为26.60g/100g干品,占粗蛋白的83.23%;必需氨基酸(EAA)占粗蛋白的30.79%;呈味氨基酸占粗蛋白的42.12%。筒柱藻还含有多种高不饱和脂肪酸,尤其是EPA,其含量为19.43mg/g干品,达到总脂肪酸含量的15.85%。因此底栖硅藻筒柱藻是一种优良的水产动物苗种饵料。In this study, the main nutritional components, the compositions of amino acids and fatty acids were analyzed in Cylindrotheca fusiformis under Fed-Batch-Continuous culture. The results showed that C. fusiformis contains 31. 96% crude protein, 15. 10% ash, 12. 25% fat and 0. 85% 5iber, respectively. The content of 18 kinds of amino acids was 26.60 g/100g of dry weight （83. 23% of crude protein）. Essential amino acids （EAA） and flavor amino acids reached 30. 79% and 42. 12%, respectiv ly. In addition, C. fusiformis contains a variety of highly unsatured fatty acids, especially EPA. EPA was 19.43 mg/g dry weight （15.85% of total fatty acids）.
