摘　　要：在分析和借鉴国外教学设计师经验的基础上,根据我国教育技术专业设置现状,分析了教学设计师在国内外各行业的需求数据,并从"需求"与"培养"两个角度阐述了教学设计师的培养目标、模式和方法,以期为我国教育技术专业人才培养探索新的发展方向。The paper first analyzes and draws upon the experience of foreign instructional designer. Then it analyzes the requirements data of instructional designer from various professions at home and abroad on the basis of current situation of China＇s educational technology program. And it also expounds on instructional designer＇training target, mode and method from the perspectives of demand and training. By doing this, the author expects to explore a new development direction for educational technology talents training.
