摘  要:目的 探讨合作性学习在基础护理技能实践教学中的应用效果.方法 将成都中医药大学附属医院针灸学校2007级护理专业77名学生按照班级分为两组,1班39名学生为实验组,采用合作性学习教学方法;2班38名学生为对照组,采用传统教学法.比较两组教学效果.结果 实验组学生考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生认为合作性学习教学方法激发了学习兴趣,有利于促进师生之间和学生之间的关系,有助于提高综合运用知识的能力等.结论 合作性学习教学方法应用于基础护理技能实践课的教学中,能够提高学生的学习成绩,增强学生的合作意识和团队精神.Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative learning in the basic nurs- ing skills practice teaching. Methods The nursing students grade 2007 of higher vocational class in tradi- tional Chinese medicine hospital acupuncture schools of Chengdu University were divided into two groups, the experimental group( 1 class, 39)using collaborative learning teaching method, the control group(2 class, 38) using traditional teaching method. The teaching effects of two groups were compared. Results The test result of experimental group was better than that of control group (P 〈 0.05) ;The questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group students thought that the cooperative study teaching method stimulates students' study interest, promotes the relationship between teachers and students, improves students' ability to use integrated knowledge and so on. Conclusions Cooperative learning used in the teaching of basic nursing skills practice could improve students' academic achievements and strengthen students' sense of co- operation and teamwork.
