摘  要:为鹿茸的研究开发利用提供参考。经数据库检索,查阅国内、外公开发表的文章,从鹿茸的化学成分及功效成分提取两方面进行综述。鹿茸含有多种化学成分,主要有氨基酸类、蛋白质类、脂类、糖类、甾类、性激素、无机成分等。鹿茸功效成分的提取近年来取得了巨大的进展,从传统的溶剂粗提,发展为超临界萃取、分子筛纯化等技术。鹿茸的化学成分与鹿茸药理活性有密切关系,化学成分有效地提取为进一步研究鹿茸的生物学活性及其有效利用提供了基础。To provide the reference for study on the chemical constituents of antler and its extraction method. Methods: Based on the liter- ature about antler at home and abroad through various databases, the constituents and extraction method were reviewed, respectively. Resuits: antlers contained many kinds of chemical constituents, primarily including amino acids, fatty acids, lipids, nitrogenous compounds, and polysaccharides, mineral etc. The great progress has been made on the extraction technology of bioactive constituents in recent years. Conclusions: Antler contains various chemical constituents and many extraction methods were existed, the further chemical and pharmaco- logical research on antlers will play an important role in the rationale utilization of antlers.
