重点高校和普通高校本科生专业承诺调查研究

摘　　要：大学生的专业承诺是指大学生认同、喜爱所学专业,并愿意在专业学习过程中付出努力的态度和意愿。为了比较重点高校和普通高校学生的专业承诺差别,采用华东师范大学的《大学生专业承诺量表》,对重点高校236名和普通高校238名本科生进行了调查。结果显示:不同类型高校的本科生的专业承诺水平在性别上差异不显著;在年级、来源地和学科上差异显著,重点高校学生的感情承诺、经济承诺水平显著高于普通高校学生;普通高校学生的规范承诺、机会承诺水平显著高于重点高校学生。College students＇professional commitment means college students identity, their love for their profes- sion and will to make efforts and their desire for their professional learning. In order to compare the difference in students＇professional commitments between the key university and ordinary university, this study adopts East China Normal Universityg undergraduate professional commitment scale, carries out the surveys from 236 key u- niversity undergraduates and 238 ordinary university undergraduates. Through the analysis, the results show that the key university and ordinary university students＂ professional commitments do not have the significant differ- ences in gender but differ obviously in the grade, the source and the subjects they are learning; the feeling com- mitment and economic commitment of key university students are significantly higher than that of the ordinary u- niversity students; and the students＇normative commitment and opportunity commitment level of ordinary univer- sity are greatly higher than that of key university students.
