摘  要:探讨鱿鱼墨黑色素对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠抗氧化功能的影响。昆明小鼠60只,随机分为正常、模型、肌肽(40mg·kg-1·d-1)及鱿鱼墨黑色素低、中、高(25、50、100mg·kg-1·d-1)剂量组。以颈背部注射D-半乳糖(1000mg·kg-1·d-1)造衰老模型,同时灌胃给药。结果显示,模型组小鼠血清及肝脏中总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力及皮肤中羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量较正常组显著下降,丙二醛(MDA)及脑脂褐质(LIP)含量显著上升。与模型组比较,鱿鱼墨黑色素各剂量组小鼠上述指标显著改善。提示鱿鱼墨黑色素显著的抗氧化、抗衰老功能。To study the anti-oxidative effects of squid ink melanin on senile mice induce by D-galactose.Sixty Kunming male mice were randomly divided into six groups:control,aged model,carnosine group and squid ink melanin groups of low(25 mg·kg-1·d-1),medium(50 mg·kg-1·d-1) and high(100 mg·kg-1·d-1) dosage,with 10 mice in each group.Aged mice model were induced by injecting D-galactose(1 000 mg·kg-1·d-1).At the same time,the mice of control and model groups were given physiological saline,others were given lavage therapy with carnosine or different dosages of squid ink melanin,respectively.The results showed that the content of MDA and LIP in mice of aged model group increased significantly(P0.01) compared with the control group,while the activity of SOD and GSH-PX,the thymus weight and the content of HYP decreased obviously(P 0.01).When mice were given different dosages of squid ink melanin for 30 days,the indices mentioned above improved obviously(P0.05 or P0.01) in comparison with those of the aged model group.The results suggested that squid ink melanin could enhance the anti-oxidation function and postpone the aging process of aged model mice.
