摘 要:[目的]从豆豉中筛选出高产纤溶酶的菌株,并通过平板筛选得到高产突变株。[方法]从6种不同豆豉样品中,筛选得到具有较高纤溶酶活性的菌株,采用物理化学诱变方法进行复合诱变,再利用纤维蛋白平板对诱变后菌株进行筛选。[结果]得到1株高纤溶酶活力菌株,命名为DC-YC41,酶活达到742 IU/ml。[结论]初步判断,得到的这株高纤溶酶活力菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌。[ Objective ] To select the high yleld strains producing fibrinolytic enzyme from Douchi products and then find out the high-yield mu- tants through plate screening. [ Method ] The high yield strains producing fibrinolytic enzyme were screened out from six different Douchi samples, and then compound mutated by the physio-chemical mutation method, the mutants were screened out with fibrin plate. [ Result ] One high yield strain producing fibrinolytic enzyme was obtained and named DC-YC41, its enzyme activity was 742 IU/ml. [ Conclusion] The strain was prelimi- narily identified to be Bacillus subtilis.
