试析高校中外合作办学模式的运行条件

摘　　要：提出高校中外合作办学模式的运行条件,是为了充实中外合作办学模式的内容,使其更有指导性。根据初步分析,这些运行条件主要有:明确的质量目标、优秀的参加者、超常的工作强度、严格的过程管理及良好的沟通。The author argues that the operational conditions enrich the mode of Sino-foreign cooperative school-running in China＇s universities, and that the enriched mode in return will be more instructive in the co- operative school-running. Based on a preliminary analysis, the author thinks the conditions mainly include： clear quality objectives, excellent participants, extra work intensity, strict process management, good communi- cation and necessary external support and supervision.
