摘 要:海洋极端酶因在极端环境中具有更高的酶活性及更好的稳定性而具有重要的理论价值和工业应用前景。由于海洋极端微生物培养条件苛刻,难以作为工业生产菌使用。采用基因工程技术,用常用的宿主表达极端酶基因,是开发海洋微生物酶的主要研究内容。随着海洋微生物极端酶的研究开发,对海洋微生物纤维素酶、半纤维素酶的研究也逐渐受到学者们的关注,相关研究取得了较大进展。综述海洋微生物纤维素酶、半纤维素酶的基因克隆与表达的国内外研究现状。Marine extremes enzyme showed an important theoretical value and industrial applications prospect for their higher activity and better stability in the extreme environments. It is difficult to use marine microorganism as industrial strains due to its harsh culture conditions. Expressing extreme enzyme gene in common host through technique of genetic engineering is the main research content to develop marine microbial enzyme. With the research and development of marine microbial extreme enzyme, more and more research has gradually focused on marine microbial cellulase and hemicellulase and much progress has been made in this area. In this work, the progress on gene cloning and expression of marine microbial eeUulase and hemicellulase will be comprehensively reviewed.
