摘　　要：从免费师范毕业生就业状态、就业地域、就业单位、就业途径和就业满意度等方面进行分析,剖析影响其就业的国家政策因素、政府和行政部门因素、高校因素和个人因素,最后提出完善师范生免费教育政策、强化地方政府和行政部门责任、建立激励约束机制等对策建议。This paper analyzes the employment of free-tuition graduates in normal universities from the perspective of status,region,unit,method,and satisfaction.Meanwhile,the paper also dissects the factors influencing their employment including national policy,government and administrative department,university and individual.At last,the paper presents some countermeasures including consummating the policy of free-tuition in normal university,strengthening the local government′s duty,building the mechanism of encouragement and restraint,etc.
