高职物流管理专业发展与企业人才需求的探讨

摘　　要：对南通地区高职院校物流管理专业发展现状及面临的挑战进行调查,结合南通及周边地区物流人才需求的分析,对高职院校物流管理专业建设提出建议,加大校企合作的深度和广度;细分专业方向;选取适用性强的职业资格证书;重视综合素质的培养,以满足企业发展对物流人才的需求。Based on the investigation on the status and challenges of logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges in Nantong,combining with the analysis of logistics talent requirement in Nantong and surrounding areas,the article puts forward some suggestions on the construction of logistics management specialty,such as to enlarge the depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation,to subdivide specialty direction,to select occupation qualification certificate with strong applicability,and to pay attention to cultivate comprehensive qualities to meet the needs of the enterprises.
