摘 要:临床见习是培养儿科医学人才的重要阶段,但新医患形势下儿童外科见习课面临困境。带教教师应根据学生的知识结构特点和学习兴趣,在教学中注意督促其树立敬业精神,训练其沟通能力,发挥其主观能动性,拓宽其思维能力;并适当运用教具,增加教学的趣味性,培养学生自学能力。Clinical practice is an important period to train student's skills in pediatric surgical learning, but it is confronted with difficult condition under the new doctor-patient relationship. How to resolve these difficulties is the key to carry on teaching successfully. Aaccording to the students' interests and the knowledge structure characteristics, teachers should cultivate their professionalism, train their communication skills, extend their thinking ability with appropriate use of teaching aid to increase the teaching interests and develop self-learning ability.
