高职院校礼仪教学的现状与对策

摘　　要：礼仪对高职院校大学生的成长有着重大意义。当前大学生对礼仪学习既关注、渴望,又存在不少缺陷。礼仪课堂教学作为学习礼仪的主要途径,还存在教学环境贫乏、教师专业化水平不高等问题。要提高礼仪课堂教学效果,需从教学思路、教学资源、教学考核等方面采取相应对策,以切实帮助大学生提高礼仪素养。Etiquette has great significance on the growth of higher vocational college students.Currently,college students want to study etiquette,however,with certain misunderstanding.Classroom teaching,a primary means of learning,still exists problems,such as a lack of teaching environment,inadequate professional teaching staff.To improve the effect of etiquette teaching,suggestions are proposed according to teaching ideas,teaching resources,assessment to help students improve etiquette.
