摘　　要：实践教学是高职院校人才培养系统工程中重要的教学环节之一。文章从高职院校的实践教学管理现状入手,深入分析了高职院校实践教学管理中存在的问题,有针对性的解析了加强高职院校实践教学管理的对策。The practice of teaching vocational colleges personnel training one of the important teaching aspects of systems engineering.Articles start from the practice of teaching management status of the vocational colleges,in-depth analysis of the problems in the practice of vocational colleges teaching management,targeted analytical countermeasures to strengthen the management of vocational colleges practice teaching.
