摘　　要：为中职学校输送具有专业能力、教学能力、实践能力,并兼具优秀工业文化素质的师资,是职业技术师范教育面临的重要课题。职业技术师范院校要在主要教育环节中融入工业文化,实现工业文化进校园、进课堂,社会实践进企业,实现校园文化与企业文化的彼此融合和无缝对接。To cultivate teaching staff who have specialty abilities, teaching abilities and practice abilities as well as excel-lent industrial cultural quality is the important task of vocational and technical teachers＇ education. Vocational and techni-cal teachers＇ college should integrate industrial culture into main educational steps, try to introduce industrial culture into campus and classroom, and introduce social practice into enterprise, with the eventual aim of mutual integration and link- age of campus culture and enterprise culture.
