摘　　要：应试教育转变为素质教育，是一项系统工程．在这个工程中，必须转变观念，更新认识，充分发挥教学过程中教师、学生、教材和教学方法四个方面的因素。在教师的主导作用下，以学生为中心，使四方面的因素相结合，建立科学的素质教育评估体系，才能保证素质教育的实现，也才能使生物教育专业走出低谷，创出新路．The transformation of examination -oriented education to quality education is a systematical project.In this work,we must alter our ideas,renew our recognition,bring into full play the four teaching factora,i,e.teacher(playing the leading role),students (the center),teaching materials and teaching methods ,and establish a set of scientific estimation system of education.Only in such case can we ensure the realization of quality education,and extricate from the predicament and create a new way in biological teaching.
