PBL和LBL双轨教学模式在免疫学检验实验课中的应用

摘　　要：在免疫学检验实验课上采用PBL、LBL相结合的双轨教学模式,并与单一的教学模式进行比较,通过实验考核及问卷调查评价教学效果。实验考核方面,双轨组的成绩明显高于LBL组和PBL组(P<0.05),但LBL组和PBL组之间差异没有统计学意义。问卷调查表明,教学满意程度最高的是双轨组,达80%。由此可见,PBL和LBL相结合的双轨模式可以很好地弥补单纯PBL教学模式和LBL教学模式的不足,为培养高素质的医务工作者起到了良好的推动作用。To apply PBL and LBL binding teaching model in laboratory immunology experimental course, comparing with single teaching model. We use the questionnaires and experiment examination to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. The binding group has significantly higher scores in examination than the single groups（P〈 0.05）, which have no significantly difference. Questionnaire indicates the satisfaction percentage of the binding group is the highest （80%）. So the PBL and LBL binding teaching model can complement the deficiency of the single model, and promote the training of excellent doctor.
