高职院校专业教师下厂锻炼的实践与思考

摘　　要：根据当前高等职业院校建设双师型师资队伍的需要,结合自身实践经历,对高职院校建立专业教师下厂锻炼制度进行了思考,阐明了建立该制度的意义,面临的问题及解决策略,期望通过该制度的建立,切实提高高职院校教师的实践能力,推进高等职业教育的健康发展。In order to build dual-qualification teaching body in higher vocational colleges,based on the author’s personal field practice experience,this paper reflects on the regulation of professional teachers undergoing field practice in enterprises.It also discusses the problems and the countermeasures.Hopefully this paper will help improve professional teachers practical capacity and promote higher vocational education.
