摘　　要：在实地考察学习基础上,对法国酒店、餐饮管理类高等职业教育体系中的BTS(Brevet de techniciensupérieur法国大专技术文凭)教育进行比较详尽的论述。BTS教育为行业培养了大量高质量后备人才,作为职业教育成功的范例,值得我们借鉴和学习。The authors give a detailed study on BTS education （BTS-Brevet de technicien sup ~ rieur French post-secondary technical diploma）, a French vocational education system. They put focus on the hotel, catering and management of BTS education. The BTS educational sector has offered a large number of high-quality per- sonnel. As a successful example of vocational education, we can learn a lot from BTS education.
