医学本科生临床见习现状的调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解医学本科生临床见习现状,分析临床见习中存在的问题,为医学院校进一步完善见习管理制度,提高见习质量,培养高素质综合型医学人才提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷随机抽取川北医学院1000名医学生进行调查,对问卷数据采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析处理。结果临床见习实践机会少(84%),见习相关培训力度差(81.37%)是该校见习管理现状不完善的主要影响因素。见习生临床见习重视程度,学习积极性,是否主动接触患者,自我认可度等不同心理行为均对见习质量影响有显著性差异(P<0.01),61.94%的学生完全不了解卫生医疗法律法规。结论医学本科生临床见习受医学院见习管理制度不完善,教学资源不足,见习生医疗卫生法律法规认知低,见习生心理行为失衡等多种原因影响。Objective To understand medical undergraduates about the current situation of clinical training, analyze the problems in the clinical training, improve the trainee management system for medical institutions further,improve the quality of clinical training and provide a theoretical basis for training integrated high-quality medical personal. Methods Selected 1 000 students randomly in NSMC by using self-made questionnaire survery, the questionnaire data were analyzed and processed sta- tistically by SPSS 17.0 software. Results Less opportunity to practice in the clinical training（84%）, training intensity differen- tial in the novitiate （81.37%）were the main fators of the imperfect of this school＂ trainee management system. Trainees＂ emphasis on clinical training and the enthusiasm for study,communicated with the patients initiatively or not, self-recognition and other psychological behavior had a significant influence on the quality of clinical training（P〈0.01 ）, 61.94% of the students knew little about medical and health laws and regulations. Conclusion The clinical training of medical undergraduates is mainly influ- enced by the imperfect of trainee management system, the inadequade of teaching resources, the trainees lack knowledge of medical and health laws and regulations, the psychological imbalance and so on.
