摘　　要：针对目前植物生理学实验课教学中存在的问题，为提高教学质量，时植物生理学实验课教学内容和方法进行了改革。优化实验内容，增加综合、设计性实验；改革教学方法，采用启发讨论式教学方法，鼓励学生参与实验教学，有效利用实验等待时间，既充分调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性，培养了学生科学实验的态度，又促进了学生的实验操作技能、实践能力和创新能力等综合实验素质的提高。The problems in the teaching of plant physiology experiments, in order to improve the quality of teaching, teach- ing content and methods in plant physiology experiments reform. Optimize the experimental content, increase the synthesis, design of experiments; reform of teaching methods to inspire discussion teaching method to encourage students to participate in the experimental teaching, effective use of experimental waiting time, both fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the students＇ learning, cultivate the students＇ scientific experimental attitude and promote the students＇ experimental skills, and practice of improving the quality of the comprehensive experimental ability and innovation ability.
