摘　　要：探讨新教师入职辅导模式建构思路,提炼新教师入职辅导模式建构要素,分析新教师入职辅导模式的构成框架及其流程图,并对新教师入职辅导模式的应用提出相应的原则和建议。This paper puts forward the concepts of ＂novice teachers＇ vocation guidance＂ and ＂novice teachers＇ vocation guidance mode＂, explores the thoughts of constructing novice teachers＇ vocation guidance mode, epurates the elements of the construction, analyzes the mode＇s construction framework and flowchart, and proposes corresponding principles and suggestions.
