摘　　要：番茄是西方舶来的美味蔬果,营养价值极高,深受人们的喜爱。文章分析了番茄的营养成分和药用功效,并进行了番茄创新菜肴设计。The tomato, a western import, is a popular and tasty vegetable with high nutritional value. This paper makes analysis of its nutrient composition and medicinal effect, and provides innovative tomato dishes design.
