摘　　要：涉足宋学、汉学、今文经学的魏源,由"老经师"一变为注重经世实用之学,是他思想的第一次飞跃;由经世而积极参与盐漕改革和水利建设,是他思想的第二次飞跃;由"无双国士"而放眼全球,提倡师夷制夷,是他思想的第三次飞跃;晚年却由积极入世变为消极尘世,精神由昂扬而渐趋沉寂。Wei Yuan devoted to the Song and Han School of Classical Studies and the study of Confucian Classics by modem script when he was young.The first leap in his thought appeared when he turned from a senior scholar of scribe to a person who laid emphasis on pragmatism,applying learning to practical problems.Then he took an active part in the construction of irrigation systems and the reform of salt affairs and canal water transportation,in this way he achieved his second thought leap.His third thought leap was his transforming from a superior talent paying close attention to the strategies of saving and managing state affairs to a man taking a worldwide broad view and advocating learning the advanced technologies from the West to resist the West.But in his old age,his attitude toward life was changed enormously from a positive one to a negative one and his high spirit trailed off into silence.
