凉果类食物频率问卷的信度和效度研究

摘　　要：目的评价凉果类食物频率问卷(FFQ)的信度和效度,为凉果添加剂暴露的风险评估提供调查工具。方法随机抽取广东省两所大学的1～4年级222名在校女大学生,通过两次凉果FFQ调查(间隔期1年)检验FFQ的重测信度;同时以30天记录法(30-DR)作为参考方法,检验FFQ的效度。结果六类凉果两次月摄入量之间的Spearson相关系数分布在在0.14～0.76之间,合计总信度为0.64;两次年摄入量之间的Spearson相关系数在0.59～0.88之间,合计总信度为0.92。FFQ与30-DR两种方法测量的六类凉果摄入量经Wilcoxon检测均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两种方法所测得的凉果摄入量之间的Pearson相关系数分布在0.75～0.96之间,六类合计为0.83。结论本项目所设计的凉果FFQ具有较好的信度和效度,能作为一种有效的检测工具应用于凉果添加剂的暴露评估。Objective To test the reproducibility and validity of a food frequency questionnaire （FFQ） for assessment of preserved fruits intake. Methods 222 female 1 st to 4th grade college students were sam- pled from Guangdong province. The preserved fruits consumption data was collected by repeated FFQ surveys with the interval of I year for the evalua- tion of the reproducibility. Meanwhile, 30 -day food record was used as the reference method to evaluate the validity of the FFQ. Results Spearman correlation coefficients for month intake and year intake of six kinds of pre- served fruits were between 0. 14 - 0. 76 and between 0. 59 - 0. 88. No sig- nificance was detected for the difference of the intakes of six kinds of pre- served fruits based on FFQ and 30-DR. The Pearson correlation coefficients of the two were between 0.75 - 0. 96 and the average was 0. 83. Conclu- sion These data indicate that this FFQ is reproducible and valid. It could be used as a tool for exposure estimate to the additives of preserved fruits.
