浅析职业技能大赛促进高职院校服装设计专业建设的探索与实践——以青岛职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：职业技能大赛可以检验高职院校的社会影响力、社会认同度、办学实力、人才培养水平、学生职业能力及综合职业素质。青岛职业技术学院服装设计专业近年来积极组织开展职业技能大赛,并从大赛中不断分析总结,进而改革服装设计专业的课程体系,重构"双师型"教师队伍的建设,推动与服装企业的校企深度耦合,有效促进与省市服装行业协会合作,提高学生职业素质和就业创业能力。实践证明,职业技能大赛的组织和开展对高职院校服装设计专业的专业建设与改革起到了积极的促进作用,使高职院校服装设计专业教育教学质量得到提高,更好地为本地区、本行业培养设计、生产、营销、管理一线的高素质技能型服装行业专门人才。The vocational skills contest can test the social influence, the social recognition, the strength in running the school, the level of personnel training, the students＇ professional competence and comprehensive quality of the higher vocational colleges. In recent years, we have actively organ- ized vocational skills contest, and continuously analyzed and summarized the contest in the specialty of fashion design of Qingdao Technical College, so that we reformed the curriculum system of the fash- ion design specialty, reconstructed the dual-teacher team, promoted the deep coupling between the en- terprises and schools, promoted the cooperation with the industry associations at provinces and cities level effectively, and improved the quality of students＇ entrepreneurship and employment. The practice has proved that the organization and conduct of vocational skills contest plays a positive role in promo- ting the specialty building and reform of the fashion design specialty in higher vocational colleges, im- proves the educational and teaching quality of the fashion design specialty in higher vocational colle- ges, and cultivates the high quality professionals for the design, production, marketing and manage- ment of the industry in the region and the industry.
