摘　　要：顶岗实习作为高师院校一种新颖的教育实习模式,具有十分突出的多维意义。就教育学意义而言,主要体现在拓宽教育者的理论视野和实践通道、搭建书本世界通向生活世界的桥梁、震荡学生的内在心灵和追求等三个方面。Internship-on-duty in normal universities, as a new education practice mode, has the very prominent multidimensional significance. In view of its pedagogic significance, it mainly embodies in three aspects： broadening educators＇ theory horizon and practice channel, set up the bridge connecting the book world and the reality life, impact students＇ soul and pursuit of life.
