摘  要:我国的高等教育目前面临着新的范式变化。全面提升高等教育质量,是新范式的核心所在。在这样一个宏大背景之下,有理由认为,"技术精巧"——数字化写作平台的使用,有助于缓解大学英语教学"量大面广"同"优质教学"之间的矛盾。更为重要的是,提高英语教学的质量,有必要通过"人文关怀"——强化"顶层设计,基层参与;团队支撑,服务教学"的理念,才能有效解决教学科研、教师发展中的一些代表性的问题,使得"技术精巧"落到实处,提高英语教学的实效性。The higher education in China is currently facing a new paradigm. Quality teaching is the key part of this change. In this situation, it is believed that technical delicacy--the use of writing programs will help attenuate the conflict between big student population and quality teaching in the field of College English Teaching. Meanwhile, it is observed that humanistic concern plays an important role in enhancing the efficiency of English teaching and in optimizing technology support. To meet this dualistic end, a new interpretation of humanistic concern is given as a collection of factors such as top designing, instructor's participation, team support, and teaching service. This holistic understanding of the concept has proved its value in solving problems in classroom-oriented research and instructor development on the one hand, and promoting technical delicacy itself on the other.
