摘 要:研究新疆小茴香4种不同溶剂萃取物的抗氧化活性。采用DPPH、ABTS和还原能力法评估不同萃取物的抗氧化活性,并测定了萃取物中的总酚和总黄酮的含量。结果表明,各样品具有不同程度的抗氧化能力,甲醇萃取物的抗氧化活性显著强于其他溶剂萃取物。小茴香抗氧化活性的主要物质为酚类化合物,与其总黄酮的含量并没有明显的关联。The antioxidant activity of four different solvent extracts of Foeniculum vulgate Mill were determined by three different test systems, DPPH, ABTS and reducing power assay. The contents of total phenolics and total flavonoids of different extracts were also tested. The result shows that samples had different antioxidant ability; the antioxidant of methanol extract was significantly higher than those of the others. The main substances of antioxidant activities of F. vulgate Mill is phenolic compounds, and had no obvious correlation with the quantity of total flavonoids of extracts.
