摘 要:建立毛细管气相色谱法,对鄂西地区几种畅销白酒中乙酸乙酯的含量进行测定。以乙酸正戊酯为内标物,采用AT.PEG-20M15m×0.25mm×0.33μm的极性石英毛细管柱,程序升温:起始柱温60℃,恒温1min,以3.5℃/min升温至150℃,恒温5min;进样口温度170℃;采用FID检测器,检测温度170℃进行测定。在加样回收率实验中,乙酸乙酯的回收率为99.41%。该方法快速、准确、灵敏,可用于白酒生产及成品检测中乙酸乙酯含量的测定。The contents of ethyl acetate in some best-selling liquors in western Hubei, China were determined by capillary gas chromatography (CGC) with programmed temperature and FID detector. In this study, polar quartz capillary column(AT.PEG-20M 15m×0.25mm×0.331μm) was used and the internal standard was n-amyl acetate. The detection conditions were as follows: the initial column temperature was 60℃ and kept for lmin; and then the temperature was increased to 150℃ at a rate of 3.5℃/min, maintained at 150℃ for 5min; the temperature of injection port was 170℃; and the temperature of FID detector was 170℃. The standard recovery of ethyl acetate reached 99.41% by this method. The method was fast, accurate and sensitive, and could be widely used for determination of ethyl acetate in liquors.
