摘　　要：高职学生常规管理质量关系到学生学习生活秩序、关系到学生个人修养、习惯养成等多个方面，不断提高常规管理质量是高职学生管理现实所需，但是，高职学生常规管理方式多种多样，管理效果不尽相同，在管理过程中，坚持探索公平、公正管理考核办法，努力实现管理的预期效果。Routine management of the quality of vocational students related to student learning many aspects of the order of life, related to students＇ personal cultivation, habits, and constantly improve the quality of conventional management is re quired of the vocational students manage reality, however, conventional management methods of vocational studentsdiverse, different management effectiveness in the management process, adhere to explore fair and impartial assessment methods, and efforts to achieve the desired effect of management.
