摘　　要：战后60余年,日本小学国语学习指导要领价值取向不断变化与丰富。战后持续关注"言语能力",20世纪90年代开始重视"个性表现",进入21世纪,其课程价值取向进一步走向开放,关注学生现实生活并为学生现实生活服务。Over postwar six decades,the value orientation of national language learning of instruction of elementary schools in Japan has been changed and enriched constantly. Its emphasis has changed from language ability in postwar period to individual develop national ment in the 1990s. When entering the language curriculum in Japan has been 21st century,its value orientation of developed further and oDenlv.Daving more importance to students real life and serving it.
