摘  要:20世纪60年代至今,发达国家的学校效能研究已经获得了丰富的成果,在制定教育政策、改进学校办学、提升学校内涵等方面发挥了重要作用,也日益受到人们的关注。通过深入了解可以发现,发达国家学校效能研究的发展表现出如下新的趋势:研究内容和研究方法的综合化;测量技术和评价模式的专业化;价值取向和分析视角的多元化;理论推广和实践探索的全球化。发达国家学校效能研究的发展趋势对我国的学校效能研究具有诸多启示。Since the 1960s,school effectiveness research in developed countries has gained a great many achievements,and it has played important roles in formulating education policies,improving the school-running and enhancing the connotation of schools. It has also been receiving an increasing concern. Through the in-depth understanding of school effectiveness research in developed countries ,new tendencies are found in its development:integration in the research content and methods,specialization in measurement techniques and evaluation models,diversity in value orientation and perspective for analysis,globalization in promotion of the theory and exploration of practice. The tendencies of school effectiveness research in developed countries have much inspiration for the development of school effectiveness research in our country.
