摘 要:调查PBL和LBL教学方法对预防医学专业学生学习效果和综合能力的影响。随机抽样预防医学五年级2个班开展LBL教学,3个班级实施PBL教学,授课结束后进行问卷调查和考试。结果显示,LBL教学方法比PBL教学法能明显突出课程的重点难点,有助于各门课程知识的融会贯通;PBL方法比LBL法能显著提高课堂注意力、学习积极性和主动性、图书馆和网络的利用,培养学生观察分析解决问题能力。PBL教学法有助于提高学生的综合素质能力,值得进一步推广。This study aims to investigate the influence of problem-based learning (PBL) and lecture based learning (LBL) teaching method on learning effect and comprehensive ability. LBL teaching was carried out in 2 classes randomly sampled, PBL teaching was carried out in 3 classes, the questionnaires and examination were operated after teaching. For emphasizing the importance and difficulty of course and generalizing knowledge of each course, LBL method was superior to PBL. In the case of attention on class, the enthusiasm and activity of learning, usage of library and internet, the ability with observing and analyzing of questions, PBL was more prominent than LBL. PBL teaching method benefits to cultivate comprehensive quality of students, and it is worthy to spread it.
