摘  要:肿瘤内科学是医学生临床教学的重要内容,需要掌握的知识繁多复杂,临床教学难度较大。传统的讲授教学法存在手段单一、过程枯燥、与临床脱节等不足,易造成学生自主学习意识差,综合利用知识能力不足等问题。为了克服传统教学的缺点,将案例教学法(CBL)和以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)联合应用于肿瘤内科的临床教学中,可以培养学生的临床思维和临床实践能力,达到提高肿瘤内科学临床教学质量的目的。Medical oncology is the important part of clinical teaching to medical students. This course has too much and complex knowledge that has to be known. The clinical teaching of medical oncology is very difficult. The lecture based learning(LBL) method used in the teaching is very simple, boring and out of contact with clinical features. Therefore, simple using LBL easily lead to poor awareness of independent learning and deficiency of capacity utilization of medical knowledge for medical students. To overcome above questions of tradional teaching and improve the quality of clinical teaching,we applied of integration of case based learning(CBL) with problem based learning(PBL) teaching method in medical oncology teaching,which is benefit for the cultivation of the students' clinical thinking and ability of clinical practice.
