摘 要:目的观察研究以PBL模式为引导的护生主查房在临床带教中的效果。方法2009年6月-2011年3月在长海医院神经科实习的护生40名,随机分成试验组和对照组每组各20人。试验组开展以护生为主体带教教师为引导,开展PBL模式的教学查房。对照组护生不单独负责教学查房,只参与科室组织的教学查房。结果两组护生出科考试成绩对比、两组护生病人对床位护生的评价比较、两组护生带教教师对护生的评价比较和两组护生实习结束后自我评价对比结果显示试验组均要好于对照组,组间除出科操作考试成绩无统计学差异外,其它均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论护生主查房充分体现以病例为引导、以问题为基础、以护理程序为框架相结合的查房模式,能充分调动学生的学习兴趣和提高对护理技能的掌握,还能培养和提高与患者之间的亲和力,增强护生的自我价值感。Objective To study the effects of the PBL mode in guiding nursing students' clinical teaching rounds. Methods Totally 40 nursing students who were rotation interns in our hospital between June 2009 and March 2011were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 20 students in each group. The students in the experimental group made initiative rounds under the PBL mode while those in the control group participated in the teaching rounds organized by the de- partment. Results The experimental group achieved significantly better than the control group in the last-stage examination scores, patients' and supervising teachers' evaluation scores, and nursing students' self-evaluation scores { P^0.05), except for operation test scores. Conclusion The nursing students' initiative rounds fully reflect the ward round mode guided by cases, based on problems and framed according to the nursing procedure. They can fully arouse students' interest in learning and improve their mastery of key points of nursing skills, cultivate and enhance affinity with patients, and improve nursing students' self-esteem.
