摘  要:相当一部分医疗纠纷源于医患沟通的不充分。胸心外科存在危重患者多、工作强度高、医疗风险大等特点,胸心外科的住院医师面临的医患沟通问题更加复杂而重要。加强胸心外科住院医师的医患沟通能力培养,有助于其适应复杂的工作环境,规避医疗纠纷,促进胸心外科住院医师能力的全面提高。Inadequate doctor-patient communication is a principal cause of medical dispute. Cardiotho- racic surgery features more critical patients, higher clinical risks and heavier workload, which make the doctor-patient communication a more complex and important issue for residents of cardiothoracic surgery. Strengthening the residents' ability of communication can contribute them to adapt currently complex work circumstances, avoid con{licts with patients and improve overall capacity.
