摘　　要：主要研究了日本食品工业近10年的发展状况,包括日本食品工业总量、主要食品工业产品产量,不同规模企业分布在过去10年中的变迁,并着重探讨了日本食品工业的聚集度状况,试图从日本食品工业发展历程中提炼出行业发展特点,以期为我国食品工业未来发展提供可能的借鉴。The development of food industry in Japan in the past ten years was studied in details,including the gross sales and annual outputs of main products in food area,the size distribution of food companies and the aggregation index of food industry.The development characteristics of food industry were summarized according to its development process in Japan,in order to provide references for the future development of our food industry.
