摘 要:以自我决定理论和成就目标理论为基础,考察学生的目标定向和能力知觉对动机调节的主效应和交互效应。采用问卷调查法对272名初一至初三的女生进行调查。多阶层回归分析显示:任务定向可显著正向预测内在动机、认同调节和内摄调节,负向预测外在调节和无动机;自我定向可显著正向预测外在调节和无动机;能力知觉可以正向预测内在动机和认同调节,负向预测外在调节和无动机;自我定向和能力知觉对认同调节具有显著交互效应,低自我定向和高能力知觉学生的认同调节水平显著高于高自我定向和低能力知觉的学生。Based on the theory of self - determination and achievement goal, the paper makes a survey of the main and interactive effect of students" goal orientation and ability perception on their motivation adjustment. Questionnaires are distributed to 272 girl students from junior 1 to 3. Multi - level regression analysis shows that goal orientation not only can positively predict inherent motivation, identified regulation and introjected regulation, but also can negatively predict external regulation and amotivation. Self - determination can positive predict external regulation and amotivation. Ability perception can positively predict internal motivation and identified adjustment and it can also negatively predict external adjustment and amotivation. Self- orientation and ability perception indicate a remarkable interactive effect on identified regulation, and the identified regulation of the students with low self - orientation and high ability perception is evidently higher than those students with high self - orientation and low ability perception.
