摘  要:孔子是中国古代最伟大的教育家,是我国私人办学的第一人。他打破了学在官府的垄断地位,倡导"有教无类",使庶民也享有接受教育的权利和机会,体现了教育公平的原则。他以品德修养、文献典籍和社会实践为主要内容来进行教学,开创了"教书育人"的教学模式,确立了教师的职责,奠定了"文化知识+实践能力+品德修养"的人才培养模式,从而为社会培养了一大批品学兼优的人才。他在教学实践中形成了系统的教学原则和教学方法,为中国的教育事业探索出了一条行之有效的教学途径。他以"诲人不倦"的教学态度来谆谆教导学生,成为了教师的楷模。Confucius is the greatest educator in ancient China. He's the first person to establish private school, and break down the officialg monopoly position of studying. He made no social distinctions in teach- ing. In this way, the civilian can have the same right and chance to receive education, which reflects the principle of educational fairness. He took moral education, literature classics and social practice as the main content in teaching, thus starting the teaching mode of imparting knowledge, educating people and estab- lished the duties of a teacher and settled the talent training model of "euhural knowledge& practice ability& moral training". As a result, he trained a large number of talents in character and learning for society. He formed the system of teaching principles and teaching methods in teaching practice, thus exploring an effec- tive teaching approach in China~ educational institution. He was tireless in teaching others and became the model of teachers.
