摘　　要：科研基地是高校科技创新体系的核心,也是人才培养的重要组成部分。搭建依托科研基地的人才培养平台,充分发挥科研基地在软硬件条件等方面的优势,将科学研究工作与人才培养有机结合,对于丰富高校教学工作内涵,引导和激发学生的创新热情,充实实践教学内容,有着非常重要的作用。通过研究科研基地在高校人才培养工作中发挥的积极作用,有利于更好推进高校人才培养模式变革,完善高校人才培养体系,对于国家做好人才工作,实施"人才强国"战略有着积极意义。Scientific and research base not only is the core of scientific and technological creativity system of universities and colleges, but also plays an important part in training qualified personnel. It is very important to establish qualified person- nel＇ s training platform on the basis of scientific and technological base, make full use of its strength in soft and hard ware, and combine scientific and research activities with qualified personnel＇ s training. Students＇ creative enthusiasm can be stimulated, and the content of practical teaching can be enriched The research is useful in promoting innovation of qualified personnel＇ s training mode in universities and colleges and in improving qualified personnel＇ s training system, which is positively significant for national qualified personnel＇ s training activities and implement of the strategy ＂talents create a powerful nation＂.
