摘  要:本文通过对江西农业大学农学院本科生导师制度下的心理辅导运行机制进行调研分析,结果表明:该学院采用心理导师的建立与选拔,运用班级辅导和个别辅导策略等心理辅导运行机制,从而促进学生心理健康水平的显著提高,达到人格的健全与发展,实现培养学生的学习积极性和创新能力的目标。这种心理辅导模式对我国的本科生教学改革与管理的提升具有一定的现实意义和指导作用。In order to sum up the mental tutorship mechanism of undergraduate tutorial system, the paper analyzes the mental tutorship mechanism of undergraduate tutorial system of the Agricultural Department of Jiangxi Agricultural University as an example. The result reveals that by establishing a mental tutorship mode of mental tutorship, class counsel and individual instruction in the department the students" mental health level and personality development were promoted, realizing the cultivation of learning positivity and innovation ability of the undergraduate students. This mental tutorship mode has great significance and provides theoretic basis for promotion of the education reform and administration of undergraduate students in China.
