氯吡脲对小鼠的毒性实验研究

摘　　要：研究氯吡脲对小鼠急性毒性和致突变性作用,为其在实际生产中安全合理的用药提供科学的实验依据。结果表明:氯吡脲对雌性小鼠的LD50为568mg/kg,属于低毒;对雄性小鼠的LD50为421mg/kg,属于中等毒性;小鼠骨髓微核实验的结果为阴性,无致突变作用。Acute toxicity and mutagenicity of forchlorfenuron in mice were studied for satety ana reasonablenesu in practical producing by scientific experimental data. The results showed that the acute oral LD5o was 568mg/kg in male mice and 421mg/kg in female mice,which belong to low toxic and poisoning respectively, Mouse bone marrow micronucleus test were negative and didn＇t show mutagenic effect on experimental animals.
