摘  要:监测日常桶装食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的污染状况。样品经乙腈—正己烷溶解,SILICA/PSA玻璃混合型固相萃取柱净化,氮气吹干,正己烷定容,气相色谱—质谱(GC—MS)联用分析技术测定,外标法定量。方法检测的最低浓度为0.01 ng/g~0.1 ng/g之间,加标回收率为85.59%~112.98%之间,相对标准偏差在2.48%~12.07%之间。方法适用于食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯定性和定量测定。Pollution condition of phthalic acid esters in plastic bottled edible oil was monitored. The sample was dissolved in acetonitrile - N -hexane and purified by SILICA/PSA glass hybrid solid phase extraction column, which was dried by nitrogen and dissolved by N -hexane. It was measured by gas chromatography- mass spectrometer (GC -MS) and external standard method. The minimal concentration was 0.01 - 0. lng/g, the recovery rate 85.59% - 112.98%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) 2.48% - 12.07%. The results showed that this method was suitable for qualitative and quanti- tative determination of phthalic acid esters in edible oil.
