摘　　要：高职院校招生已呈萎缩趋势,这成了困扰其可持续发展的一个突出问题。对此不能简单地看"生源"趋减的客观现象,要把视野投至在"招生"及其背后各自主体院校的内涵方面上,改变过去那种对生源的应接方式,化被动为主动,主动认知,双向反思。在扭转社会价值取向、突出品牌特色、探索多样性教育、建立弹性学制、呼吁对高职教育立法等方面做出应有的努力。The decrease tendency of the enrollment in vocational college has already been a highlighting problem that prevents its sustainable development. The corresponding strategies to deal with it involve to attach importance to the construction of the college itself, change the passive way of enrollment, make efforts in the transformation of value in society, emphasize the brand awareness, launch flexible education system etc.
