摘　　要：以问卷调查和访谈为基础,分析了中职学校专业课师资队伍存在的问题及其成因,有针对性地提出了自己的解决对策,包括改革人事制度、开展校本培训、从企业引进专家、聘任兼职教师、挖掘现有人力资源等。Based on relevant questionnaire surveys and interviews, this essay analyzes the problems in the faculty con- struction for specialized courses in secondary vocational schools and possible causes as well as giving relevant sug- gestions in the aspects of reforming the personnel system, carrying out school-based training, importing specialists from enterprises, employing part-time teachers and developing current human resources.
