摘　　要：2011年研究生数学建模D题是关于我国房地产业的住房供给和需求模型,房地产行业态势分析和可持续发展模型模型以及房价模型等.对本次竞赛的答题做了分析和讨论,介绍了一些优秀的竞赛题,对各个问题的主要答题点做了分析.the Problem D in the 2011 National Contest of Mathematical Modeling for Postgraduate is about the housing supply and demand model in Chinese real estate industry, the real estate industry trend analysis and sustainable development model and property model. The paper analysis and discuss the contest problems, introduces some excellent contest papers, give the main answer point in each problem.
