摘　　要：八年制医学教育是我国医学教育的发展方向。本文就八年制医学教育的目标定位、医学前教育和教学模式等进行了探讨，并基于教学实践提出了一些意见建议，以期为我国八年制医学教育的改革和发展提供一些启示。Setting up eight-year program is the developing direction of medical education in China. This paper discusses on the objectives, implementation and teaching model, and provides some advices for the reform and development of eight-year medical program.
